Do you have a minimum spend for private catering?
Yes. To bring our mobile kitchen or woodfired pizza ovens on-site, our weekend minimum spend typically ranges from $1,200 to $2,000 depending on the season and your event scale. Mid-week bookings are highly flexible.
Where in Tasmania do you travel?
We are based out of Primrose Sands and regularly service the greater Hobart region, the Huon Valley, the East Coast, and the Tasman Peninsula. Travel fees apply to locations further than 45 minutes from our home base.
How much space does the food truck setup require?
We need a flat, clear clearance area of approximately 7 meters in length and 3 meters in width. The surface must be solid enough to support a heavy service vehicle (flat gravel, bitumen, or compact dry lawns).
Do you need access to site power or water?
We are fully self-sufficient! Our mobile setups carry quiet, professional-grade generators and onboard water supplies, meaning we can cater in remote paddocks, private beaches, or rustic off-grid wedding venues with ease.
